![]() If someone could reach out and help get this settled, it would be greatly appreciated.Īfter a few days of trial and error, I finally managed to get everyone set up. I have been running around in circles for the past 3 days now trying to find a way around this in order to get everybody's accounts completely set up. They cannot get to that point because Intuit needs more information that their profile can provide in order to be able to go in and add an email or password to get into the account. I have spoken with both QuickBook Time as well as Intuit and have been instructed time and time again to, "add an email or password to your intuit account by going to ''." But that is where the employees are all having the problem. They are then pushed to a page saying to contact Intuit to get this resolved. So when they're asked to provide additional information after inputting the text verification code, their account has nothing more to provide as evidence as to who they say they are. Many of our employees have only their phone number linked to their TSheets account.nothing else. This is where I believe our problem arises. The 2 sources you have to choose to provide are from the following choices When signing into your Intuit account for the first time, it asks for 2 sources of identification, and most of the employees only have 1 source attached to their accounts to provide. Which leaves me with only 1 possible reason why everyone is having such a hard time. ![]() But upon further trial and error, I have reached the conclusion that is not the case. I initially thought the reason all of our employees were having such a hard time signing in was because they had "2 Factor Verification" turned on. After much digging, I thought I had found the root of the problem. ![]() My main goal coming into this was to help every employee transfer over seamlessly. It has been an extremely grueling process, with each step forward being followed by 2 steps back. Hello, I have been tasked with getting employees Intuit accounts up and running after TSheets was turned into QuickBooks Time. ![]()
